This is not your regular toy; it's a collectible for adults. It's incredibly fragile and it's fairly easy to lose parts if you're not careful. You don't need to build the Gundam, it's an action figure that's very portable. It's super fun to play around with it by changing its poses on my shelf. Though keep in mind, this is a small figure, much smaller than your average HG Gundam kits. I got this for my girlfriend and she loved the figure! I highly recommend this figure if you're a fan of Astray Frame D.
